Reserach interest 

 

My research interests focus predominantly on the question of how customer engagement can improve relationship marketing. In order to derive and solve interesting and relevant research questions, I use customer engagement strategy theories, and the motivational orientation theories in particular, as well as service marketing, hospitality, and special event marketing literature. I used these lenses to investigate managerially relevant problems.
